For pre-registration, please fill out the Richmond Chinese School Registration Form below.
For school year 2024/2025, tuition for the entire school year (2 semesters) is $500 ($100 Administration Fee + $400 Class Fee). There are two ways to pay the tuition:
- Check (mail-in): Make check payable to Richmond Chinese School ($500). Please put student’s name on the check. Mailing Address: P.O. Box 5692, Glen Allen, VA 23058
- PayPal (@RCS168): With additional service charge ($500 + $15 = $515). Please put student’s name in the Note.
Please make sure you make the payment by August 8, 2024 to ensure a successful enrollment and $25 off your tuition. School starts on September 8, 2024.
A prorated refund of the tuition payment can be made for the following reasons:
a. A medical issue causing the student not to be able to attend class. This would require a doctor’s
note saying you are physically unable to attend school.
b. If the student moves away from the area and can no longer attend classes.
The tuition includes a $100 administration fee which is non-refundable. The prorated refund would only be for the $400 class fee.
